    These are great ideas for recipes that also sound delicious! I actually just bought some avocados and I use them mashed up in egg salad, even the kids love them. We also have lots of tomatoes coming up in the garden that we eat with mayo and on toast , chopped in salads, and in homemade spaghetti sauce.
